SRINAGAR, Nov 23: Breaking the lull of several weeks, and a day after a Fidayeen strike on a CRPF camp in Srinagar, militants today struck in a big way killing at least 15 persons in Kashmir valley. The deadliest incident took place near Yatri Niwas on Qazigund-Tunnel patch of Jammu-Srinagar national highway where 12 troopers and their family members got killed and 28 sustained injuries in a major IED blast.........more
