5. The services of the 4 House Officers shall be terminated by the Principal, Govt.Medical College Jammu, without prior notice as and when their work land conduct is reported to be unsatisfactory by the Head of the Department or any officer with whom they are working,

6. The House Officers will have to refund the stipend received by them in one installment in case they leave House Job before its completion.

7. No House Officer will be paid stipend in case he/she fails to produce permanent registration from the State Dental Council within one month from the date of expiry of the provisional registration,

8. The stipend for one month will be kept with held and will be paid only after successful completion of full tenure of House Job.

The Board has come to know that these consultants have got printed their visiting Cards/letter pads indicating the name of the Board which is absolutely illegal and liable to be prosecuted/investigated.

It is through this notice. Board would like to inform the general public/farmers/entrepreneurs that Board has not authorized or engaged any consultant for promotion of any of the scheme of the National Horticulture Board and these consultants are totally self-styled. The Board does not hold any responsibility for any assurance guarantee given or acts of omission committed so far by these consultants on behalf of Board and general public is requested to stay away such consultants or else they will be doing it at their risk and peril.
