Product Development Asstt Manager/Co-coordinator.
will be responsible for conceptualizing and
writing the brief to the external design houses, followup
and communication until the product design is finalised.
Thereafter sending the design to various packaging
manufacturers i.e. glass, plastic and paper. Evaluating
technical and commercial aspect, negotiating with
manufacturer, follow up and persistent communications
till launch of the final product. Conducting series of
internal approval meetings at every stage. Ideal
candidate should be brillant, full common sense, have a
Bachelors Degree preferably with Mechanical engineering
background, should be 30-35 years, having worked for
minimum 3 years from scratch in the Product Development
Department in a manufacturing company. Result oriented
communication skills, knowledge of terminology used in
the industry, an aptitude for creative work with vision
and foresight will help qualify for this position. Should
be well versed with Work, Excel, Access and Power Point.

Quality Control Manager
Will be responsible i) in setting up the quality
panoply parameters for the existing components with
respective suppliers ii) taking decision on the quality
aspect of every in coming component/material which should
be practical and should not disturb the product. In case
of unacceptable quality, he will be required to
communicate with the supplier in an unambiguous manner so
that the matter gets resolve in totality. Ideal candidate
would be 35-40 year should understand the need for a
Quality Control Department in the company, having a
bachelors Degre in Science/preferably with Mechanical
engineering. Should have practical working experience in
Manufacturing Company as quality Couroller for components
of perfumery products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or
luxury consumers products, Should be computer literate
with excellent communication skill. Must possess
knowledge of industry norms and terminology. Through
knowledge of glass, plastic, paperboard, printing on
glasi and paper is very important for this position.
Should be well versed with Word, Excel and Assess.
