Forest Minister, Peerzada Ghulam Ahmed
Shah, lamented that India’s
perspective planners were blindly unfair
to the much ignored forest and
environment sector, ‘Kashmir Vision
-2020’ today concluded with a
horrible revelation: Dr M A Kawoosa, an
authority on the subject, said that as
much as 7,000 sq km of Jammu &
Kashmir forest cover had denuded in the
