AUCTION NOTICE

A public auction will be held by 17th Bn ITB Police Force, Choglamsar, Leh- Ladakh for the disposal of condemned snow clothing, E. I. clothing, WT Equipment, Tentage, Niwar cotton tape, Misc stores, Tyres & tubes, 5 x ton veh and Sports articles from 27/8/2002 to 29/8/2002 at 1130 hrs.

1. All interested parties can participate in the auction on stipulated date and time.

2. All bidders will deposit Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as security money before start of the bid, same amount will be returned immediately after the auction is over.

3. The condemned stores will be auctioned as in where is basis.

4. No person/party will be permitted to bid without depositing the security money. Other terms and conditions will be intimated to all bidders before the start of auction.

5. Auctioned stores will be removed within 12 hrs from the place of auction. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidders to remove the stores at his own arrangement which will be possible only when the full amount and applicable sales tax amount is deposited.

6. The Commandant 17th Bn ITB Police Force reserve the right to reject one or all bids without assigning any reason.

7. Decision of Commandant, 17th Bn ITB Police Force will be final in all respect to any dispute regarding above auction.
