JAMMU, Mar 31: The toll in the militants’ attack on Raghunath temple here yesterday rose to 10 today with one of the 19 injured succumbing to his injuries. The injured who succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu has been identified as Shanker Singh, son of Paras Ram of Jaganoo. He had sustained bullet wounds in chest, stomach and a portion of his spine was blown into pieces during the attack. .....more
