SRINAGAR, Oct 27: While as Kashmir valley observed a complete shutdown on some militant outfits’ and the Hurriyat’s call against landing of Indian Army in Kashmir in 1947, at least nine militants, two SOG personnel, one Assistant Commandant of BSF, an ex-militant and a private school-teacher got killed in different militancy-related incidents since last evening. ...more
