SRINAGAR, Oct 25: Security forces today suffered major damage as militants ambushed Army and the paramilitary Border Security Force (BSF) in Bandipore and Kupwara areas of north Kashmir. Officials confirmed the death of two soldiers and said that a dozen others sustained injuries but eyewitnesses maintained that 10 soldiers got killed and angry troops burnt about a dozen houses in reprisal. ...more
