NOTIFICATION

For the information of all the Head of the institutions Govt as well as Private of Jammu District, the following decisions have been taken for conduct of 8th Class Examination during the session 2001-2002.

1. All the heads of the institution (Govt as well as Private recognised schools) will collect the Registration Forms from their respective Zonal Education Officers from 10.11.2001 to onwards. The registration form duly completed alongwith examination fee @ 55/- per student in the shape of Draft drawn in favour of Chief Education Officer, Jammu payable at RCC Jammu shall be deposited with the concerned Zonal Education Officers by 30th of November, 2001 and with late fee of Rs 1/- per students will be charged afterwards upto Ist week of December, 2001 and Rs 500/- per institution upto December, 25th, 2001 and no registration form will be entertained afterwards.

2. Further information/clarification if any, required can be had from the concerned Zonal Education Officers.

3. The syllabus copy of Middle Standard 8th-T2 class for the year 2001-2002 has already been sent to the concerned Zonal Education Offices for onward submission.

AUCTION NOTICE

A Public auction will be held by 7th Bn ITB Police Force at Bn. HQ. Pranu Camp, PO: Garhi, Distt. Udhampur (J&K) for the disposal of condemned Snow Clothing, Estra Issue Clothing, Tentage, Utensils, Barrels, Jerricans and other Misc Stores on dated 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.12.2001 at 1000 Hrs.

1. All interested parties can participate in the auction on stipulated date and time.

2. All bidders will deposit Rs 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as security money before start of the bid. Same amount will be returned immediately after the auction is over.

3. The condemned Stores will be auctioned as is where is basis.

4. No person/party will be permitted to bid without depositing the security money. Other terms and condition will be intimated to all bidders before the start of auction.

5. Auction Stores will be removed with in 12 Hrs, from the place of auction. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidders to remove the stores at his own arrangement which will be possible only when the full amount and applicable Sales Tax amount is deposited.

6. The Commandant 7th Bn ITB Police reserve the right to reject one or all bids without assigning any reason.

7. Decision of Commandant 7th Bn ITB Police will be final in all respect to any dispute regarding above auction.

Tender Notice

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed suppliers/Manufacturers for supply of energy Meters duly approved by the Power Development Department for use in our residential quarters at Kalakot coal mines. The specification is an under:-

1. 15 Nos. 10 Amps.
2. 10 Nos. 15 Amps.

The tenders should reach in the office of undersigned on or before 1.12.2001 (Saturday) and tenders will be opened on next working day i.e 3.12.2001 (Monday) at 3 PM in presence of the representatives of the concerned parties who may like to attend the office on such date and time.

Each tender must be accompanied with earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the total value quoted in the shape of CDR/FDR to be drawn in favour of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer, J&K Minerals Limited Jammu (Refundable). However, the earnest money shall be forefeited in case of any lapse on the part of successful tenderers.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof.
