Pak directs foreign terrorists to capture local outfits

KISHTWAR, Nov 23: As the United State and the Britain have declaredpan-Islamic terrorists organisations namely Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) as terrorists groups, the Pakistani agencies have intensified efforts to bring all terrorists out-fits under the banner of Hizbul Mujahideen to give indigenous colour to the insurgency. Beside local terrorists, foreign mercenaries active in the State have been directed by the Pakistani agencies to desert their out-fits and join Hizbul Mujahideen..............more
