NEW DELHI, Nov 4:Pakistans ISI has
directed the militants operating in Jammu and Kashmir to
use explosive-laden "toy plane" to hit VIPs in
the State and the National Capital, official sources said
here. The sources said following some confessions by
arrested militants and wireless intercepts about the use
of "toy plane", intelligence agencies were
making necessary reviews of securities provided to VIPs.

Behari Vajpayee today began a four-day
state visit to Russia calling for global
efforts to eradicate the scourge of
terrorism and firmly focussing on
furthering the strategic relationship

his visit was aimed at making a common
cause with Moscow in combating and
