Terms and conditions:-

2. The successful tenderer shall have to provide free after sales service for a period of one year from the date of installation.

3. The CDR of the successful tenderer will remain in the office of the undersigned till the warranty period.

4. The tenderer shall have to quote rates for all the items required for the installation of EPABX including wire, instruments and labour.

5. The tender should be legible, free of cutting, mutation and overwriting. The rates offered should be both in words and figures.

6. The successful tenderer shall have to install EPABX in the office of the undersigned comprising of four complexes. For at Fish Farm Nowabad, Jammu.

7. Payment will be made only after the successful installation of the EPABX.

8. The successful tenderer will have to execute an agreement with department as required under rule.
