Material on 12.6.01, 13.6.01 and 14.6.01 i.e.
1000 Hrs. at TAc Hqrs Verinag, Distt. Anantnag
(J&K) on as is where is basis. Respective
bidders intending to inspect the store may do so
the same day.
The
conditions governing the auction are as under:-
1.
All bidders will be required to deposit security
of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each
before the auction. The security money will be
refunded to unsuccess full bidders after the
auction.
2.
The successfull bidders will have to deposite 25%
of the amount of his bid at the fall of hammer
and remaining with in 24 Hrs before he is allowed
to remove the store failing which security money
will stand forfeited to the stage and the store
will be reauctioned by the commandant.
3.
The sale tax as applicable will be charged.
4.
Commandant 10th Bn ITB Police reserved the right
to reject the highest bid or terminate the
auction proceeding with out assigning any reason
thereof.

Notice for Sale
Selead
offers affixed with Rs. 2/- revenue stamp are
invited for the sale of machinery, plants, and
other store items lying in the erstwhile Excise
Warehouse at Bikram Chowk, Jammu.
Terms
and conditions of the offers are us under:-
1.
These items shall be sold on, "as is, where
is" basis.
2.
Items can be inspected in the office of Deputy
Excise Commissioner, Distilleries, Bikram Chowk,
Jammu by the interested persons on any working
day between 8.30 AM to 1 PM.
3.
Each other shall be accompanied by a CDR for Rs.
10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) pledged to
Excise Commissioner.
4.
The offers should be addressed to the Excise
Commissioner J&K Government and superscribed
with following legend in capital letters.
"Offer for sale of machinery, plant and
other store items of erstwhile warehouse".
5.
The offers should reach the office of Excise
Commissioner J&K Government, Ramesh market,
Shastri Nagar, Jammu by or before 09-06-2001 at
1.00 PM.
6.
The offers shall be opened on 11-6-2001 at 12.00
PM in the office of the Deputy Excise
Commissioner, Distilleries, Bikram Chowk, Jammu
by the committee appointed by the Government.
7.
Full payment of the offered amount shall have to
be deposited by the person making highest offer
on the day of the acceptance of the offer or by
such time the committee permits but not later
than the date when the movement of the items
starts.
8.
The items shall have to be removed from the site
within seven days after the acceptance of the
offer.
9.
The committee reserves the right to accept or
reject any offer without assigning any reason
therefor.

Short term quotations
Short
term quotations are invited from the local
fabricators/S.S.I. Units for fabrication of Iron
Structures of Poly Green Houses duly primer
painted on job contract basis in the corporation
work shop at Bari Brahmana. The job includes
drilling of holes, cutting of pipes, bending of
pipes 20' length into circular arce, fabrication
of Doors and windows, welding and primer
painting. The required raw materials like conduit
Pipes, M.S. Flat, and other accessories like nuts
& bolts, sockets, hinges Primer Paint etc.
shall be provided to the successful parties by
the corporation.
However
the tools, Drill machines, Pipe Bending
arrangements welding sets etc. shall have to
arranged by the fabrication parties on their own.
The
specifications/drawings etc. for the study by the
interested parties can be had from the office of
the Divisional Manager, F&MS Division, Bari
Brahmana on any working day before the due date.
The
interested parties should quote their rates on
the piece rate basis addressed to the Divisional
Manager J&K State Agro Industries Dev.

upto 2 PM positively. The Corporation reserves

parties are requested to attend this Auction no
specified place, date and time. All bidder are
required to deposite a sum of Rs. 10,000/- as
security money to register their names with the
Board of officers detailed by the Commandant 136
BN CRPF on the date of Auction well before the
commencement of Auction to become eligible to
participate in the Auction. The security money
will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders
after the Auction is over.
The
store will be auctioned to the highest bidders
against cash paymenton the spot after adjusting
the amount of security money. The successful
bidder will have to remove the stores at their
own expenditure and risk within 24 hours of
Auction.
In
case of failures on the part of successful
bidders to deposite full payment and remove the
condemned stores/vehicle within specified time
the entire amount of security money shall be
forfeited.
Sales
Tax etc, as applicable will belevied on the final
bids All right to decide the final bid are
reserved with the commandant 136 BN CRPF whose
decision shall be final and binding on the
matters relating to Auction. Any change in date
and time due to anavoidable circumstances will be
communicated.
