Beastly Acts

Sir,

In the last couple of months, such news items made head lines in local newspapers that indicated the predominance of an element of beast in human beings.

I hope the readers would have got an idea to which news items I am referring to. If not, I tell you that I am refering to incidents in which the real father reportedly killed his own minor daughter, the father raping the minor six year old daughter, the women cop stabing her husband and the doctor attempt to outrage the modesty of an attendant of the patient in the hospital.

Such barbaric incidents as and when reported in the newspapers make its readers particularly the elderly and matured ones to utter these words 'OH GOD' what has happened to our society and why this is so happening. For the movement, these news items touch their very inner hearts. And they all say, this is 'Kaljug' in which such incidents to take place that the people could otherwise never imagine.

Those who attended the holy sermons and discourses of Sant Shri Assa Ram Ji Babu on 28th of April, Saturday evening sessional could remember that Bapu Ji elaborately dwelled over this beastly element in human beings and exhorted the devotees and audience to rid of this pernicious element from their lives and concentrate on the human element which with persistent efforts ought to have been followed by the Godly element. According to Bapu Ji, the human beings are embodiment of three elements viz the beastly element, human element and Godly element. While describing the beastly element Bapu Ji said, such acts that human beings do without thinking on their fallouts, repercussions and ramifications and which only bring destruction and devastation in the lives of the indulgents of such acts fall in the category. Thus the above referred incidents can be attributable to the surfeit presence of beast in those who have committed these crimes.

While law would take its course in Pushing the guilty ones but the people would wish that whosoever attempting to indulge in such heinous act would see the dawn of wisdom and sanity in him and save him and his family from the ignominy and disrepute which such incidents generally bring besides defaming the society to which they are a part of.

At last, I would urge people to concentrate on the discourses, sermons and teachings of the Sant Shri Assa Ram Bapu Ji, weigh the pros and cons of your actions, before executing them, try to include the inspiration derived from the spiritual practices in daily human acts and deeds and never do any thing that may bring only repentance later on with a view to purge the society of all ills and afflictions as well as ushering in an era of peace, tranquility and brotherhood in order to savour the life to the fullest.

JK docs for J&K patients

Sir,

Jammu and Kashmir Government Health Commissioner's order No 29 of 2001 dated 19.4.2001 published in "Daily Excelsior" dated 30.4.2001 reads that "Homeopathic Graduate can practice as a Doctor in the State for a period of one year provided (a) that he is a permanent resident of J&K State" in addition to other conditions.

This may be true for Government job seekers but not for rendering advice to the needy patients. As per this order the Patient has to go per force to a State subject Doctor only and nobody else as non-State subjects are not allowed to practice. Therefore he will advice to a State subject patient only.

Though ignorance of law is no excuse but still if it percolates from the horse's mouth itself. Health authorities must be knowing:-

That a qualified Doctor from a recognized institution in any system of medicine can practice the art of healing anywhere on the globe not to speak of any particular State or a country. This order appears have been signed and issued without reading the contents, rules and its implications.

Century ago great OSLAR had written that (Nationalism in medicine is great curse of humanity) and still worse idea of country or a State when relief to human suffering is concerned.

Beastly Acts Unjustified power cuts

Sir,

Before taking any major step Government should consult common man who knows where shoes punches more. What a irksome power cut of 2 PM to 4 PM ? Every worker, student employee businessman takes his lunch at 2 PM.

After a hard and hazardous work when a person comes home, feels uncomfortable and sad on seeing power cut. After lunch every one wants to have quite and convenient time. Power cut of this time has converted quite and tasty moments into troublesome period. As quite moments are life's reward. Being democratic country we have every right to give our right suggestions for the convenience of general masses.

It is suggested that power cut from 2 PM to 4 PM and 12 PM to 2 PM should be simultaneously converted into one hour duration. One hour could be easily adjusted in morning time i.e from 5 PM to 6 PM as the morning temperature is bearable.

So it is requested to the authorities concerned to save us from scorching heat of midday.
