Kashmir valley since last evening,
militants have targetted two close
associates of the Finance Minister Abdur
Rahim Rather in Chadoura, gunned down a
counter-insurgent Ikhwani at Kellar in
Pulwama, while as security forces have
eliminated three militants in north
Kashmir. In a bizarre incident, Army have
also killed two women and left two more
members of a family injured, in an
