PUBLIC NOTICE
Area
Director Telecom BSNL Leh proposes to hold the
Telephone Adalat on 28th May 2001 at 1100 hrs in
the Office chamber of Deputy General Manager
Telecom Office at Telephone Exchange Complex Leh.
The
Adalat is to redress long pending and unsolved
complaints/grievances i.e. excess billing
complaints non provision of telephone connection,
disconnection of telephone due to various reasons
of customers in the jurisdiction of Leh and
Kargil District. Complaints/grievances supported
with copies of all necessary documents should
reach the following officer on or before 15th May
2001.

The
Adalat will resolve as far as possible all
complaints/grievances within a month in case of
those complaints/grievances which Adalat feels
necessary to have personal discussion with the
complaints he will be requested to attend the
Adalat at leh for which intimation will be given
individually.
It
may be noted that
a)
Customers invited for personal discussion will
have to come on their own expenses and no
travelling cost will be borne by the department.
b)
Cases decided in the earlier Adalat will not be
entertained.
c)
Cases without supporting documents will also not
be entertained.
d)
Customers being for personal discussion will be
intimated individually separately in due course.
e)
The letter/complaints may be superscripted as
"APPLICATIONS FOR 3RD TELEPHONE ADALAT.''

transportation of troops and stores by civil
truck/Bus from Leh Ladakh (J&K) to
Pithoragarh (Uttaranchal) via Manali and back
from all registered transporters/Bus owners so as
to reach in the office of the Commandant 21st Bn
ITB Police C/o 56 APO latest by 10/5/2001 at 1200
Hrs. The tender shall be opened by the board of
officers on 11/5/2001 at 1500 Hrs in the presence
of the tenderers or their authorised
representatives.
The
tenderers will required to deposit Rs 10,000/-
(Rs Ten thousand only) as earnest money alongwith
tender through Bank draft/CDR/FDR payable at SBI
Choglamsar Leh Ladakh in the Name of Commandant
21st Bn ITB Police. The tender forms can be
obtained from the office of the Commandant 21st
Bn ITB Police C/o 56 APO on any working day on
cash payment of Rs 500/- or if required by post
extra amount of Rs 50/- is paid to meet the
postal charges, but the unit shall not be
responsible in case of tenders are not submitted
on due date upto 1200 Hrs. The sale of tender
forms will be closed one day before the due date.
The
undersigned reserves the right to accept/reject
any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason.

AUCTION NOTICE
A
public auction will be held by STC BSF, Dhar Road
Udhampur (J&K) for condemned stores i.e.
Welfare, Sports, Misc, Tentage, Defence,
Training, MT U/S Parts and Amn PM at 1000 hrs on
08 May ' 2001.
NOTE
:
1. If
due to any reason of holiday, auction is not
conducted on the stipulated date and time, then
it will be conducted on the next working day.
2.
All interested parties can participate in the
auction on the stipulated date and time.
3.
All bidders will have to deposit Rs 10,000/-
(Rupees ten thousand) only as security money
before the start of the bid and said amount will
be returned immediately after auction is over.
4.
The condemned stores will be as is where is
basis.
5. No
person/party will be permitted to bid without
depositing the security money. Other terms and
conditions will be intimated to all bidders
before the auction.
6.
Auctioned condemned stores shall be removed
within 12 hours from the place of auction. It
will be the responsibility of the successful
bidder to remove the stores at his own
arrangements, which will be possible only when
the full amount and applicable sale tax amount is
deposited on the same day.
7.
The ADIG, Commandant STC BSF Udhampur reserve the
right to reject on or all bids without assigning
any reason.
8.
Decision of ADIG, Commandant STC BSF Udhampur
will be final in all respect to any dispute
regarding above auction.
