A public auction will be held by STC BSF, Dhar Road Udhampur (J&K) for condemned stores i.e. Welfare, Sports, Misc, Tentage, Defence, Training, MT U/S Parts and Amn PM at 1000 hrs on 08 May ' 2001.

NOTE :

1. If due to any reason of holiday, auction is not conducted on the stipulated date and time, then it will be conducted on the next working day.

2. All interested parties can participate in the auction on the stipulated date and time.

3. All bidders will have to deposit Rs 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) only as security money before the start of the bid and said amount will be returned immediately after auction is over.

4. The condemned stores will be as is where is basis.

5. No person/party will be permitted to bid without depositing the security money. Other terms and conditions will be intimated to all bidders before the auction.

6. Auctioned condemned stores shall be removed within 12 hours from the place of auction.
