Major successes by army, BSF
14 militants shot dead in Poonch, Rajouri

POONCH, Mar 21: Army, BSF and police today delivered a big blow to Pakistan-backed militants outfit by eliminating 14 dreaded militants of different outfits in three fierce encounter across Poonch and Rajouri districts. A Special Police Officer (SPO) was also killed and two other jawans including a Havildar were injured in one of the encounter.................more

SRINAGAR, Mar 21: While the Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee’s gamble of the unilateral ceasefire is yet to work wonders at Washington and New York, by all indications so far it has miserably failed at home.
