NEW DELHI, Mar 16: The Union Cabinet tonight decided to set up a one-man commission of inquiry into the allegations contained in the tehelka tapes with Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee promising the nation that the guilty howsoever big would be brought to account and "the dirt that has come into view" cleaned.
