One
killed, 18 civilians injured in grenade blast Excelsior Special Correspondent SRINAGAR,
Mar 10: While
continuing their ceasefire-time offensive against the
State Police, militants have gunned down a relative of
the Forest Minister Pirzada Ghulam Ahmed Shah and another
civilian in Kashmir valley since last evening. Even as
security forces have eliminated two Kashmiri militants in
Anantnag district, one civilian has got killed and
eighteen more injured in a grenade blast at Batmaloo in
the capital city here today. Informed sources told
