Com Ist year (General Course) Session 2001-02 for Migrant students shall start w.e.f 06th of July 2001 and shall close on 14th of July 2001 in the Camp College without late fee. After the expiry of date of Admission late fee as per the University rules shall be charged at the time of realizing of the Admission fee.

Tender Notice

Sealed tenders duly affixed with revenue stamps worth Rs. 2-00 only are invited from the interested tenderers for purchase of rawmaterial items for use in the various trades functioning in the ITIs of Jammu Division for the year 2001-2002 which should reach the office of undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of abbreviated tender notice in the National/Local news paper but not later than 15.7.2001. The rates should be quoted For ITIs located at Jammu, Hiranagar, Kathua, Udhampur, Rajouri, Poonch, Doda, Mendhar, Ramban, Bhaderwah, Sunderbani, Bhaddu/Billawar, Basohli, Reasi, Samba, Gool and R S Pura. The intending tenderers should quote rate of item strictly as per the tendered specifications. The tender should be marked as Rawmaterial addressed to Deputy Director Technical Education Jammu.

The tender should be accompanied with a CDR of Rs. 3000-00 (Rupees Three Thousand) only pledged to Deputy Director Technical Education Jammu of any scheduled bank without which no tender will be entertained. The rates will remain valid upto 31.2.2002. The desirous tenderers may participate in person or through their representatives on the date of opening of tenders. The successful tenderers shall have to supply the material in full, no partial supply will be accepted. The payment of the entire supply will be made after the material is supplied in full as per supply orders.

The successful tenderers shall have to execute an agreement with the Govt. through this Deputy Directorate within 10 days after communicating the approved rates. Failure to execute such agreement will not prevent the terms and conditions embodied herein enforced against the firm and any loss sustained by the Government in retendering will be recovered from the firm besides forefeiture of security deposit. The tenderers should quote the CST/GST number in their tender form. In case the supplier fails to supply the ordered material in full, penality of 2% of the total cost of the order will be imposed upon the firm.

The rates should be quoted either typed or with ink without any correction/errasings on the list items appended with this notice.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or part of that without assigning any reason thereof.
