1. Officer Incharge Military Farm Jammu Cantt invites applications for registration in Military Farm Jammu for carrying out the following jobs :-

(a) Vehicle spares supply.

(b) Supply of electrical items.

(d) Reconditioning of battaries retreading of tyres and rebinding motor.

(e) Supply Misc stores, Poly Film, sealing material butter papers.

(f) Supply dairy produce and cattle feed items.

(g) Supply veterinary medicines.

(h) Supply stationery items.

(i) Supply dry bhoosa, green fodder mixed and Dry Fodder.

2. Only films with proper shops with registrations numbers for sales tax etc will be registered. Individual/firms with onlyn printed pads and no shop and calling themselves as general order suppliers will not be eligible.

3. Request made by Farm employees and their blood relation will not be accepted.

4. Individuals/ Firms so desires to get them registered for carrying out the jobs mentioned in Para 1(a) to (i) above will report this Farm alongwith proper printed pads, having own shop, CST and GST numbers as well as proof showing income Tax clearing certificate.

5. Registration number will be issued after proper scrutiny of the documents and verification carried out from concerned administrative authorities and from the bankers where your business is going on Request for registeration will not be entertained after 20 days from the date of publication of the notice in the news papers.

Notice To Shareholders of the Corporation for conversion of Shares
Guaranteed by State Govt.

The Shareholders of the J&K State Financial Corporations are hereby notified in terms of section 6 (1) of State Financial (Amendment) Act. 2000 as under:-

a. The Corporation as per the above Section offers an option to its Shareholders to convert the shares held by him into shares of the same nominal value without State Governments Guarantee and issue fresh share certificates or

b. To pay the amount paid in respect of such shares not exceeding the face value of the shares held by him.

This option has to be exercised within 3 months from the date of publication of this notice. The option to be exercised shall be final and shall not be altered or rescinded after it has been exercised. It is further notified that if any Shareholder fails to exercise the option given to him under Sec. 6 (1) referred to above within stipulated time of 3 months he shall be deemed to have exercised the first option under category (a) above.

The existing shareholders of the Corporation including institutions should approach J&K State Financial Corporation, Sehkari Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu within 3 months from the date of publication of this notice.

AUCTION NOTICE

A Public auction of the vehicle Regn. No. DDD 8578 M&M Jeep (Petrol) CJ4A.4WD Engine No. PL 3876 and Chasis No. PL. 3876, Model 1988 will be held at Dett/30th Bn. CRPF Sicop Compelx Pulwama J&K MT Park on 25/01/2001 at 1100 Hrs.

2. The interested parties are requested to present themselves on stipulated time and date and reserve their names with Earnest money Rs. 10,000/- only which will be returned after the auction is over. The highest bidder will have to deposit the full amount on the spot alongwith taxes. The vehicle is to be removed before 1800 hrs. on the same day at his own cost and this office will not be responsible for its safety and security thereafter.

3. The Sales Tax and surcharges will be charged extra as per the existing order of the Government. No records of auction of vehicle will be handed over to the purchaser. The purchaser will re-register the vehicle a fresh so that registration number of Government usage is not continued.

4. The No. of vehicles to be auctioned may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the undersigned.

Auction Notice

A public auction will be held by 7th Bn I.T.B. Police at Tac HQ Verinag for the disposal of condemned Snow/E.I. Clothing and Misc stores on 22, 23 and 24.1.2001 at 1000 hrs.

1. All interested parties can participate in the auction on stipulated date and time.

2. All bidders will deposit Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as security money before start of the bid, same amount will be returned immediately after the auction is over.

3. The condemned stores will be auction as is where is basis.

4. No person/party will be permitted to bid with out depositing the security money, other terms and conditions will be intimated to all bidders before the start of auction.

5. Auctioned stores will be removed with in 12 hrs from the place of auction. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidders to removed the stores at his own arrangement which will be possible only when the full amount and applicable Sales Tax amount is deposited.

6. The Commandant 7th Bn ITB Police reserve the right to reject one or all bids with out assigning any reason.

7. Decision of Commandant 7th Bn ITB Police will be final in all respect to any dispute regarding above auction.
