The Airport Director, AAI Civil Airport Jammu on behalf of Chairman AAI, New Delhi invites sealed quotations for retrieval and maintenance of 180 Baggage trolleys at CA Jammu for a period of 3 years. The sealed quotations marked "Quotations for Baggage trolleys at CA Jammu'' on the envelop should reach the office of undersigned on or before 17-1-2001 by 1500 hrs which shall be opened on same day at 1530 hrs Quotations must be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of DD favouring "AAI (NAD)'' payable at New Delhi. The EMD of successful bidder shall be adjusted in security deposit and the EMD of others shall be returned in due course.

The contract will be executed purely on sponsorship basis under the following terms and conditions.

1. The successful bidder has to deposit security deposit in accordance to AAI rules. The security shall be returned on successful completion of the Contract.

2. The sponsoring agency has to engage sufficient manpower for retrieval of baggage trolleys from different sites of the Airport.

3. It will be the duty of the sponsoring agency to repair the unserviceable baggage trolleys.

4. The sponsoring agency will indicate licence fee per month which will be paid by him to AAI on account of advertising labels on baggage trolleys.

5. It will be choice of sponsoring agency whether to go for advertising labels alone on baggage trolleys or share with other partner agencies.
