Prime Minister Atal Bihari VajpayeeNEW DELHI, Feb. 24 : Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee today declared that the Centre is willing to talk to all those in Jammu and Kashmir, who are wanting to enter into a dialogue, and said that the question of allowing a Hurriyat Conference delegation to visit Pakistan "is under consideration". "Jo Baat Karna Chahenge, Un Sabse Baat Karenge (we will talk to anyone who is willing to talk)", Vajpayee told reporters here after releasing a new three-volume edition of the memoirs of late D P Mishra, father of Prime Minister’s Principal Secretary Brajesh Mishra.............more
