JAMMU, Feb 19: Indian army shot down a Pakistani Turbo Prop aircraft this afternoon after two planes violated the Line of Control (LoC) and intruded deep into Indian territory in Chhamb sector of Akhnoor tehsil. This was for the first time after announcement of cease-fire by Indian and ‘maximum restraint’ offer of Pakistan on the LoC that enemy aircrafts violated the air space, which has been viewed very seriously by the Defence authorities ........more
