UDHAMPUR, Feb 15: Violence again broke out in the town on seventh day of bandh with agitated mob, protesting police failure to recover the teen-aged kidnapped girl, setting on fire a police tent and subjecting police vehicles to heavy stone pelting during day long bandh. G M Bawan (NC) in his speech on Governor’s address charged the Planning Commission with sabotaging state’s annual plan and added that the decision has ‘political overtones’ to weaken National Conference.
