down four militants in an encounter at  Khanetar Gali in
Jharan Wali Gali (JWG) of Rajouri
district this evening. A Junior
Commissioned Officer (JCO) was injured in
the cross-firing. In Banihal area of Doda
district, militants blasted another
transmission line—second in the last
two days—while two police constables
drowned in a nullah during a search
