The interested parties are requested to present themselves on stipulated date and time and reserve their name with Earnest Money Rs. 10,000/- only which will be returned after the auction is over. The highest bidder will have to deposit the full amount on the spot alongwith taxes. The condemned stores is to be removed before 1800 hrs. of the auction day at own cost and this office will not to be responsible for its safety and security thereafter.

3. The sale taxes and surcharges will be charged extra as per the existing order of the Government. No records of auction of stores will he handed over to the purchaser.
