SRINAGAR, Aug 15: Even as militants
failed to disrupt the Independence Day
celebrations everywhere in Kashmir valley
today, they struck in a dare-devil manner
at Handwara, leaving 19 people wounded.
Militants also targetted the motorcade of
Deputy Commissioner (DC) in Anantnag but
the IED blast failed to cause any
