SRINAGAR, Aug 11: Even as the
number of women with black veils in
Kashmir valley is multiplying fast, three
formidable militant organisations today
launched scathing attacks on those who
were enforcing the Islamic dress code on
gun point. In separate statements, Hizbul
Mujahideen asked the people to capture
and punish the acid throwers,
Jamiat-ul-Mujahideen described these
elements as "Indian agents" and
Lashkar-e-Toiba clarified once again that
the organisation was not involved in the
