SRINAGAR, Apr 14: In sudden escalation of violence, militants clashed with security forces in Kupwara, Baramulla and Srinagar districts and a total of seventeen persons — ten security forces and Police personnel, four militants and three civilians — got killed in different incidents since last evening. A large number of people blocked Srinagar-Baramulla highway in protest against the killing of two civilians during last night in Kreeri area in north Kashmir................more
