reported killed in any militancy-related
incident across Kashmir valley today, an
unidentified person fired upon a child
and left him critically injured at
Palhalan, near Pattan. Militants caused
IED and grenade blasts at Mattan and
Bandipore but failed to cause any damage

Oil pool deficit
increasing by Rs 200 cr per month

surge in international crude oil prices
and depreciation of the rupee is
increasing the oil pool deficit by Rs 200
crore per month and if the trend
