Attacks aimed at
provoking security forces: Farooq

DELHI, Nov 24: Jammu and Kashmir
Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah today said the
recent attacks by militants on innocent
people in different parts of the State
were aimed at provoking the security
forces in a bid to disturb the ceasefire
announced by the Centre. "The
security forces will go after them
(militants) ....They want to provoke us
to the point to show the world that we
are not sincere (in implementing the
ceasefire)," Abdullah told reporters
after a 30-minute meeting with Home
