The massacre of five truckers at Sher Bibi and Khanpura appeared to have been executed by Paplu Group of Hizbul Mujahideen, having strong strength in Banihal tehsil of Doda district. A police official told EXCELSIOR tonight after day long investigations that Nazir Ahmed Dagga alias Paplu, a front ranking militant of Hizbul Mujahideen and an ‘area commander’ of the outfit for Banihal masterminded the massacre of minority community. ........more
