NEW DELHI, Nov 8: The Government of India has dashed off yet another message to Ottawa, urging the Government of Canada to make arrangements for the repatriation to India of the masterminds behind the bombing of Air India’s Kanishka in 1985. Need for the message was occasioned by reports, which said that the three persons, Ripudaman Singh Malik, Ajaib Singh Bagri and Hardial Singh, identified as the masterminds behind the bombing of the plane, had been released a few hours after the Canadian police swooped down on them a few days ago.........more
