JAMMU, Nov 6: The Jammu
and Kashmir Chief Minister, Dr Farooq  Abdullah today said
that there could be no talk with Pakistan
except on putting an end to trans border
terrorism as State’s accession with
India is non-negotiable. Talking to media
persons on the opening of Civil
Secretariat and other Darbar Move offices
at winter capital this morning, the Chief
Minister said "Pakistan is the major
challenge to J&K that has not yet
realized the fact that nothing is better
than peace with India and no war threat
