JAMMU, Nov 6: Doda Police today achieved a major success when it gunned down four hardcore militants of Hizbul Mujahideen outfit including Liaquat Balouch, a ‘district commander’ of the outfit and his two body-guards after a fierce gun-battle in village Dariya, about two kms from Bhaderwah in Doda district.
