Severe differences surface in Hurriyat over election issue

NEW DELHI, Nov 5: Severe differences have arisen in Hurriyat Conference during its special session last month with some executive members flaying the amalgam’s anti-election stand and role of Pakistan in the affairs of Jammu and Kashmir. Insiders in the Conference told PTI a senior executive member told the special convention that the anti-election stance adopted by the Conference was hurting the existance of the group.
