NEW DELHI, Nov 2: The Union
Government has agreed to amend the Companies Act,
1956. A new section will be inserted for
the protection of small investors. Under
the proposed amendment, the onus will be
on the company to intimate the Company
Law Board (CLB) of any default made by it
in repayment of deposits or part thereof
or any interest thereupon within 60 days

JAMMU, Nov 2: A group of
three more militants was reported to have
infiltrated into Indian territory from
the International Border of RS Pura
sector last night. A small consignment of
explosives and ammunition abandoned by
the militants was recovered by security
forces today while more arms were said to
