No. Estt/2000/96/13th dated. 4-1-2000, one copy of the same notice was received by you on 5-1-2000 at your home in presence of the two witnesses, directing you to report back for duty in this Battalion within three days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which it shall be persumed that you are not interested to serve the department any more and disciplinary action under rules will be taken against you. But you did not turn up till date.

Whereas absence from duty un-authorisedly tentamounts to loss of appointments in terms of Article 128 of J&K CSR read with rule 208 (G) of J&K Police Mannual 1960.

Now I Yoginder Kaul SSP Commandant JKAP XIII Bn. once again call upon you Constable Mohd Aslam No. 387/13th of this unit to Show Cause with seven (7) days after the publication of this notice in the News Paper as why you should not be removed from services in terms of powers vested to me under Police Rule 359 read with section 126 of J&K Constitution W.E.F. the date of your absence i.e 12-7-1999.
