JAMMU, Feb 13: An international gang of smugglers of wild animals and other endangered and rare species is operating in the state, having its network extended up to Muzaffarnagar, Gaziabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Singapore and Hongkong. Out of the three cubs (leopards) being smuggled to Mumbai, one of them was recovered tactfully while the gangsters managed to escape with two others from Nanak Nagar area of Jammu on Saturday......more
