SRINAGAR, Dec 16: Even as the
much-awaited meeting of the executive  council of Hurriyat
Conference is scheduled to take place
here on Sunday — with the crucial
agenda of discussing the Indian Prime
Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee’s
unilateral ceasefire and all related
developments — hawks and doves in
the separatist umbrella seem to be
heading for a collision. While as the
Hurriyat chairman Professor Abdul Gani
today repeated his welcome to the Ramzan
ceasefire, hardliner Syed Ali Shah
Geelani said that his identity was Islam

counter-insurgent Ikhwani died of
his associate’s gunshot when
