Prime Minister, Mr Atal Behari VajpayeeNEW DELHI, Dec 6: The Prime Minister, Mr Atal Behari Vajpayee, has no plans to oblige Pakistan’s military ruler, Gen Parvez Musharraf, by extending a formal invitation to him for talks in the Indian capital. Gen Musharraf has, on more than one occasion in recent days, expressed his willingness to be in New Delhi for talks with Mr Vajpayee "only if a proper invitation" in this regard is received by him from the Indian Government. .........more

Pak spy nabbed in Delhi

NEW DELHI, Dec 6: In a joint operation, military intelligence and Delhi Police nabbed a Pakistani national assigned the task of gathering sensitive information about Indian Army and seized from him explosives, including 10 kgs of RDX, and several incriminating letters. Khalid Mehmood alias Sajjad alias Sanjeet Singh, a native of Lahore, was arrested by officials of military intelligence and city police’s special cell from Badarpur area of South Delhi last night, Delhi Police Commissioner Ajai Raj Sharma told reporters here.........more
