The Government of India has given a high priority to rapidly developing Information Technology and world-class telecom services in the country. Terms and conditions for the supply and installation of the above system shall be as under :

1. The quoted rates should FOR this office.
2. The system should strictly be in accordance with the specifications approved herewith.
3. The delivery of the Computer alongwith other items shall have to be made within 10 days from the placement of supply order and installed in this office.
4. Warranty against all manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of installation of the system.
5. The warranty period shall cover all the spares and services at Jammu.
6. 90% payment shall be made after verification and installation of the system and remaining 10% shall be released after one year or after expiry of warranty period.
